This year when we reviewed our employee benefits options, we focused not only on providing quality medical plans but also on controlling the cost and financial risk for our employees. ​
During Open Enrollment, you can update your benefits and add or remove dependents for 2025. Remember, this is your only opportunity to make changes unless you have a qualifying life event. ​
This year will be an active enrollment, which means you will need to review your coverage and re-enroll in your benefits for 2025.

2025 Benefits Key Highlights:

Online enrollment is through Ceridian Dayforce.

GenerationYou will replace Quantum Health as your care advocate for the PPO and High Deductible Health Plans.

MedWatch will replace Quantum Health as your care advocate for the Value Based Payments Plan.
-
If you enroll in a High Deductible Health Plan, your deductible applies to virtual telehealth services, including Teladoc and Talkspace. After you meet your deductible, these services are free.
-
The Performance Plan will be discontinued effective January 1, 2025.

Virta Health offers weight management, prediabetes and type 2 diabetes reversal programs, 100% paid for on your behalf.

Hinge Health, a virtual physical therapy care benefit, is available for your back, joint and muscle pain.
You will have access to Quantum Health through December 2024. GenerationYOU and MedWatch will replace Quantum Health beginning January 2025!
